1. What’s your favourite memory from your time at WCH?

The staff barbecue and seeing everyone I know from across the organization in one spot at the same time, especially after the stress of our Covid response activities. All of us coming together to eat and enjoy each others company, strengthened the relationships that were developed as we cared for our community through Covid testing and vaccinations.

2. What did you enjoy most about your time here?

The size of our organization allowed me to develop cross team relationships which enabled me to provide excellent patient care and then led to my ability to be successful in my role in Professional Practice.

3. What are you most excited for in this next chapter?

I am excited to be focusing on my family, we have a wedding to plan for my daughter, and enjoying a slower pace with my husband and our puppy.

4. Do you have any parting words/well wishes for your colleagues and friends at WCH?

Women’s College Hospital is a great place to work. I have created a lot of work friendships by just saying hello in the elevator or hallway which has led to finding common goals to improving patient care. Seize the opportunity to just say hello to a colleague you may not know well. One never knows where it will lead, it certainly makes it a friendly place to come to work.
